Roar like lions, grow tall like trees, breathe like the ocean tide. Children will use basic yoga postures, breathing, games, relaxation, visualization, story and play to move, stretch, laugh and calm their mind and bodies. A perfect introduction to Yoga. 

The Kids Yoga session consists of 8 classes and is taught by Heather Lindsey.

Classes: Saturdays 10:45-11:45am- 9/22, 9/29, 10/6, 10/13, 10/20, 10/27, 11/3 and 11/10.
