Kids Yoga Camp- Ages 3.5-9

A perfect blend of exercise, relaxation and fun! Kids Yoga Camp is a two hour per day, twice weekly session which consists of a one hour Kids Yoga class, followed by a snack/drink break, then a 45 minute yoga related craft.

The Kids Yoga Camp runs as a six week session with classes every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00am-12:00pm beginning June 25th through August 15th (no classes 7/2, 7/4, 7/16 and 7/18 due to the holiday and vacation). Choose either one day per week or both. Drop-in rates are not available. The instructor is Heather Lindsey, licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist and certified Kids Yoga Instructor.

If you select the once a week class session , Kiddos will contact you immediately to reserve either the Tuesday or Thursday for your child.

*NOTE* Yoga mats are provided. Please send your child in comfortable clothing with a water bottle and peanut-free snack.
